These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SaltedRae website and the purchase of products from our online store.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the customer’s screen, device settings and the handmade or production characteristics of the item.
The SaltedRae Vintage Navy Cap is produced and fulfilled through our production partner, Printful.
2. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.
An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and successfully receive payment.
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
- payment is not authorised;
- information provided is incomplete or incorrect;
- the product is unavailable;
- fraud or misuse is suspected;
- an obvious pricing or product information error has occurred.
If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount paid will be refunded.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the customer’s market.
Shipping charges, applicable taxes and any additional costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.
Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Customers must provide accurate billing, contact and payment information.
4. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Products may be prepared after the order is placed.
Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary according to destination, carrier, customs procedures, product availability or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout.
SaltedRae remains responsible for the product until it is delivered to the customer, except where the customer independently appoints a carrier not offered by us.

5. CANCELLATIONS
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfilment has started.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.
6. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Eligible customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Returned products must be unworn, unused and returned according to the instructions provided by SaltedRae.
Return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return are normally paid by the customer.
Products that are defective, damaged or incorrect will be handled without return costs to the customer, where required by law.

7. LEGAL GUARANTEE
Consumers in the European Union benefit from the applicable legal guarantee of conformity.
If a product is defective, does not correspond to its description or does not function as reasonably expected, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
These rights are not limited by any commercial policy or warranty.
8. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate:
- contact information;
- shipping address;
- billing information;
- payment information.
Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The SaltedRae name, logo, visual identity, website text, photographs, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to SaltedRae.
They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
10. ACCEPTABLE USE
The website must not be used:
- for unlawful or fraudulent activities;
- to interfere with website security or operation;
- to transmit malicious software;
- to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- to collect information about other users without authorisation.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted by Shopify, and fulfilment services may be provided by Printful and shipping carriers.
These providers process information where necessary to provide their services.
Purchases are made directly from SaltedRae, not from Shopify or Printful.
12. PRIVACY
Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
13. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, SaltedRae is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, commercial or operational changes.
The version applicable to an order is the version published when the order is placed, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving consumers residing in another country of any mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence.
Any disputes may be brought before the competent courts according to applicable consumer law.
